The Auliak method, the result of personal artistic experience, fuses different dance techniques, including oriental, as well as breathing and body awareness. In the classes, the alignment of the body is pursued through exercises that vary in rhythm and energy levels. There is a deep exploration of balance and the search for it, to achieve control of one’s own body as a whole. The main objective is to connect with the inner center of each one to achieve total well-being. It is a useful and effective method for any style of dance or any motor and sports discipline, as it develops presence and awareness at all levels of being. The sessions are progressive and end with choreographic variations through neo-classical, contemporary and oriental dance styles.
